クリスマスシーズンに歯科医院で見たサンタさんは、何と歯医者でした。歯ブラシと練り歯磨きを手に、微笑んでいました。歯磨き習慣のように、写真を撮って脳磨きもするようにということを思い出させてくれたサンタさん、ありがとう！

I found Santa Claus at a dental clinic in the Christmas season. Surprisingly he was a dentist, smiling and carrying toothbrushes and a tooth paste. Thank you Santa! You remind me to take photos to have a good memory as well as brushing my teeth.

　　歯磨きの習慣を脳に対して取り入れれば、認知症予防！
　　昨年の講演会で聴いたショッキングな話が甦り、一日一話の話題探しや写真撮影なども習慣にしたいものだと痛感しました。まさにサンタさんからの贈りものでしたね。
